1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MINDMATE you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. About MINDMATE

MINDMATE is an entertainment platform for two-person relationship challenges built around five Yes/No questions and a surprise reveal.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service under applicable law. Minors should use MINDMATE only with appropriate parent or guardian permission where required.

4. Challenge Creation

The application selects five questions for the sender. The sender provides their own answers and may add either a text or an audio surprise. The sender is responsible for all content they submit.

5. Challenge Participation

Receivers take part through a shared invitation link. All five answers must match to unlock the surprise. Multiple attempts may be allowed. MINDMATE does not guarantee that two people will match.

6. User-Generated Content

You must not submit illegal content; harassing or threatening messages; abusive or hateful content; content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights; or any non-consensual intimate material. MINDMATE may restrict or remove content or challenges that violate applicable policies or law.

7. Audio and Text Surprises

Audio is stored privately and access is controlled by the challenge verification process. Do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information. Once playback is authorised, the recipient may record or share it — absolute prevention of copying or recording cannot be guaranteed.

8. Invitation Links and Security

Share invitation links only with the intended recipient. Keep your private status link confidential. Do not attempt unauthorised access to another person's challenge or content.

9. Notifications

Browser notifications are optional and depend on your permission, browser support and device settings.

10. Privacy

Challenge data, answer records, audio and access tokens are handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention rules.

11. Service Availability

MINDMATE may experience maintenance, interruptions or temporary unavailability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MINDMATE is provided "as is" and is not liable for service interruptions, loss of data, or misuse of content by third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
